What a real checker has to do

A screenshot of one ChatGPT answer is not a measurement — assistants answer differently every time, and your customers phrase questions in ways you wouldn't guess. A checker worth trusting has to do four things: ask many realistic customer questions (not your brand name — the point is whether you come up unprompted), ask them across the assistants people actually use, extract mentions with sentiment and factual claims rather than eyeballing text, and repeat on a schedule so you see change instead of snapshots.

The landscape

Enterprise platforms (Profound, Peec AI, Otterly, and a fast-growing list) do serious work for serious budgets — most start with a sales conversation and pricing to match. If you're a large brand with a comms team, evaluate them.
