Verification vs. subscription
Anyone can monitor any brand — brand teams, agencies, or competitors. Claiming an indexed brand (from its page) is free, separate, and only controls the ✓ verified badge shown to readers. Earlier Watch/Pro and agency subscriptions keep working exactly as purchased.
Sponsorship
The digest and quarterly reports accept a single sponsor, clearly labeled, never influencing content or rankings. Interested? Email [email protected].
Neutrality
Paying helloranked cannot change a score, a rank, or a methodology decision — not for Monitor customers, audit buyers, API customers, sponsors, or grandfathered Watch/Pro and agency subscribers. Rankings are produced by the published, versioned methodology and nothing else; monitoring is private to the buyer and never touches the public index. If we ever run sponsored placements, they will be visually distinct and never inside a leaderboard.
